Get a Consultation From The Comfort of Your Home

We at the Leicester Bowel Clinic offer online video consultations, so you can get a consultation from anywhere without a trip to the clinic.

Online Consultations

Online consultations are a convenient way to discuss a medical problem with your doctor. They offer an opportunity to discuss your problems with a surgeon or doctor. It is however important to realise that they are not a replacement for a face-to-face consultation to make a diagnosis.

Online Consultations make sense when:
  1. Discussing treatment options for your condition once they have already been diagnosed.

  2. Obtaining advice and reassurance about risk factors, symptoms and signs of conditions such as cancer.

  3. An alternative to a  face-to-face follow up for chronic conditions that require a follow-up.

We offer telephone consultations and allow for their costs to be deducted from any further face-to-face clinic consultation if necessary. We would request you to email us copies of any relevant investigations or medical correspondence prior to your telephone consultation.

You can request an appointment slot below and will be connected to a payment gateway to pay for the consultation. If you decide to cancel your consultation within 24 hours of the appointment or if we cannot offer you a suitable time, you will receive a refund after deducting a fee of £5.
